Guarding Your Heart

If you were asked the question, “What determines the direction and course of your life”, how would you respond? Today we will hear God’s answer to this important question and discover the role we play in determining our future.

 

Proverbs 4:24-27; 5:1-2 (NLT)

4 24 Avoid all perverse talk;
    stay away from corrupt speech.

25 Look straight ahead
    and fix your eyes on what lies before you.
26 Mark out a straight path for your feet;
    stay on the safe path.
27 Don’t get sidetracked;
    keep your feet from following evil.

5 1 My son, pay attention to my wisdom;
    listen carefully to my wise counsel.
2 Then you will show discernment,
    and your lips will express what you’ve learned.
