- The Church is an Agency of God for Evangelizing the World (Reaching)
- The Church is to be a Corporate Body in which People May Worship God (Planting)
- The Church is to be a Channel of God’s Purpose to Build a Body of Saints Being Perfected in the Image of His Son (Training)
- The Church is to be a People who Demonstrate God’s Love and Compassion for all the World (Serving)
- The Church is to be a channel of the Holy Spirit in Empowered Evangelism, Anointed Worship, and Gifted Service
